About the Builder: Rich Lemieux


Nova Developers is both a land developer and commercial residential builder specializing in custom homes and restaurant build outs.

 

Nova was founded in 1967. It was started by Rich’s father, Andre Lemieux, who moved to the United States from Canada. Nova has been involved in many Connecticut subdivisions and large projects including: Wheeler Clinic in Plainville and hotel buildings near Lake Winnipesaukee, New Hampshire.

 

Nova has recently worked on Northeast Produce, Mcladdens Irish pubs, (multiple locations) and is currently wrapping up Noble & Company, a restaurant in West Hartford, Connecticut.

 

Rich joined his dad and Nova on a part-time basis to help while owning his own company before committing to Nova full-time in 2002. For 12 years he and his dad had worked closely to ensure the quality, craftsmanship and personal touch that they felt was part of the intimate building process. Andre left us in 2014 to build exquisite beauty in the afterlife, but his quality and personality still live on through Rich.
